Our mission is to serve the creative community with distinctive, production-ready rentals, grounded in the professional techniques of spatial design and architectural proportion, so every project looks right and works right.

PRICING STRUCTURE

Our pricing is based on a 48-hour rental. 

For extended use, we offer tiered flat rates:
• 3–5 days — pay 1.5 times the daily price.
(Example: if the daily rate is $100, your total for up to 5 days would be $150.)

• Full week — double the daily price.
(Example: $100/day becomes $200/week.)

Your rental time starts when the items arrive at your location and ends when we pick them up.

Mad Magic Rentals was born from designers who believe event furniture doesn’t just sit in a room – it sets the mood, drives the story, and makes the event. 

Our Northern California event rentals collection is curated with an art director’s eye, offering pieces that balance architecture, atmosphere, and emotion.

We’re not in the business of ordinary rentals. This is a growing collection, we’re slowly building a design-driven furniture and decor library – a carefully chosen mix of lounge furniture, dining chairs, and objects that bring character and cinematic presence to weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and photo shoots. Every piece is here to make environments that feel intentional, immersive, and alive.
